QAR vtoolkit is an optional add-on to be used with QAR infocus. QAR vtoolkit  imports the QAR infocus self assessment data into this optional add-on for the validator to perform an external review.  A key feature of the QAR vtoolkit is the Maturity Matrix.  The matrix provides a benchmark ranking the internal audit function against each IIA professional standard.
