Technical Requirements

  1. Supported Operating Systems: Windows Server 2003; Windows Server 2008; Windows 7; Windows Vista; Windows XP (All with Current Service Packs and Updates for .NET v3.5)
  2. Processor: 600 MHz Pentium processor or equivalent (Minimum); 1GHz Pentium processor or equivalent (Recommended)
  3. RAM: 512 MB (Minimum); 1 GB (Recommended)
  4. Hard Disk: Minimum of 500 MB of available space
  5. Display: 800 x 600, 256 colors (Minimum); 1024 x 768 high color, 32-bit (Recommended)
  6. Browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer 7
  7. .Net Framework:  Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5
  8. Database: Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition
  9. Internet connection:  Required
  10. Other Software: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word version 2007 or later, Adobe Acrobat Reader version 8 or later.

Other:

  • QAR infocus  runs on a user-selected host. Host machine must be powered-on and connected to the network to use all software functionality.
  • Firewall port(s) may need to be adjusted for webserver to function as intended.
  • You will need "ADMINISTRATOR ACCESS" to your PC to install QAR infocus  and the required underlying software components.
